I saw the special online for Labor Day weekend and has been solicited recently to consider trading in my 2015 RAM I purchased there a few years ago. I called Jim (who always avails himself to his clients in a timely fashion and always gets back when questions are asked) and let him know my intentions and the specific vehicle I was considering. Jim started the process and brought in Sales Manager Joel to assist with the trade-in valuation. This help me determine what I could possibly afford. Although the truck I wanted was sold by the Fleet Department and none other similarly equipped models were available, Jim Joel spent the day and next morning finding something that would work. Joel got me what I expected for trade-in and showed me how I could afford a higher model than expected for only a little more than my original choice. I am super happy! Way to go Jim & Joel. More
