Terrible Customer service, Terrible repair service! I have purchased a used car from this dealership and after a year and half later the car broke down with the transmission issues.(2013 Dodge Dart Limi I have purchased a used car from this dealership and after a year and half later the car broke down with the transmission issues.(2013 Dodge Dart Limited). Luckily, I had a warranty that covered the cost but they held my car for 3 months and returned back. However, I had to return back here for the same issues couple months later. Again! They held my car for another 3 months! Then when I got my car back, I almost had an accident in the highway due to the transmission failure that car would not accelerate only after 2DAYS ive received the car from the repair! This is absolutely a lemon except the fact that it isnt a new car. I have tried Bbb to file a complaint and waiting for their call to reach back. please dont buy any vehicles unless you want this situation on you. More

Awful Experience Don't waste your time. I was at the dealership this past Saturday and had an awful experience. I spoke with Carol last Wednesday and let her know that Don't waste your time. I was at the dealership this past Saturday and had an awful experience. I spoke with Carol last Wednesday and let her know that I was interested in the black (only the black) Yukon XL that was listed online. She told me the price but it would not be at the lot until the following Monday or Tuesday. I told her to please let me know because I was very interested and needed time to get there due to me living in the Florida panhandle (4 hours away). I have a Yukon XL now so i was not worried about not liking the vehicle. Friday afternoon at approximately 5:45 I received a call from Carol telling me that the vehicle had arrived. I told her then that would change my plans for Saturday since i would need to make the trip sooner than expected but i would call her first thing Saturday morning. I called Saturday morning around 10:00 and talked to Carol to let her know i was on my way, had submitted the credit app online, and would like to work numbers along my way. A couple hours later she had another salesman send me some pics. Then she called and i told her when we would be there and at that time i told her we may be interested in white too, and she assured me that was no problem since there were plenty of white ones. Upon arrival at the dealership, we met Carol and she was busy so had the salesman who sent the pictures help us. He took us to the black Yukon but informed us that the vehicle could not be sold because the service engine light was on and it would have to go through service and all to see what was wrong. At this point we were furious because Carol had us drive all this way for a vehicle that could not even be sold...she was too busy to take the time to check it out before notifying me. So, we told the salesman we would look at some of the white ones and he went to look for keys. Then he came back and said all of the white ones had sold. At this point we are furious to say the least...we have wasted a Saturday for a dealership we were just a number at. We had to get a babysitter, drive 4 hours to a dealership that didn't even have a vehicle we were interested in and could purchase and we had already allowed them to run our credit. At this point we asked to speak to a manager. Then the salesman came back and said one of the white ones had not been finalized if we were interested. So, we drove it and came back to look at numbers. That particular one was over $1,000 more than the Yukon we came after so we said no. The salesman took it to the finance manager who then took $500 off. We said no thank you, after everything we had been through that was the best that could be done! We thanked the salesman who got put in the middle of the crap and left without even being able to talk to a manger about the ordeal. I was in shock to say the least because i have never seen such a lack of professionalism and lack of knowledge about the inventory, but nobody seemed to care. We spent two hours there walking in circles looking for the right vehicles because it was so chaotic. I never even heard anything back from Carol, not even a simple apology. Saturday morning prior to all of this, i had an email from Wendy (internet sales assistant) making sure i had talked to someone. I did not see the email until Monday morning and immediately told Wendy about my experience; however, i never heard back from her either. Terrible customer service! More

Great salesman who worked hard to make us happy We were looking for a used GMC Yukon XL and came across Don Jackson's listings on the Kelley Blue Book web site. This was late at night, but we contac We were looking for a used GMC Yukon XL and came across Don Jackson's listings on the Kelley Blue Book web site. This was late at night, but we contacted the dealership through their website and were surprised to get an immediate response. (We later learned we were actually talking with a chatbot, but it was actually helpful!) The next day our salesman, Dustin, contacted us and we drove the 51 miles to Union City—and the trip was well worth it. The place was really busy (which was a good sign), and even though Dustin was with another customer he sent us out to the lot to look at the selection of used Yukons. He'd already picked out what he thought was the best one for us, but we found one we liked even better, which had just come in and he hadn't even seen it yet. It had all the bells and whistles, decently low mileage (less than 50K), and a really great price tag. Dustin treated us really well, cut a couple corners for us (don't tell his boss!), and made things go as smoothly as possible. We buy a lot of vehicles, so we know the process, all the "tricks" dealerships use, etc. Dustin didn't jerk us around, and he got us a great deal on our trade in. The dealership didn't try to stiff us with an inflated interest rate, and they even gave us a really good deal on an extended warranty. We couldn't be happier with our new-to-us Yukon, and we've already recommended Don Jackson, and Dustin, to several friends. We'll definitely be back too! More
New Ram 1500 purchase I found a vehicle at Don Jackson online that I wanted to purchase. I called them spoke with the salesperson and requested that he actually replace his hand upon the truck. He said he did and it was still here. I told him that I would be coming down tomorrow afternoon, we exchanged numbers, and he said he would have the truck ready for me. The following day the sales person calls me and asks if I'm on the way, I tell him I'm 2 hours away I'll call him when I'm close. 45 minutes away I gave him a courtesy call he said the truck is right here and it's getting clean. Upon arrival I find the sales person and he is swamped with customers, the dealership is packed which I have no control over. I show him my vehicles for trade in and give him the keys, I asked for the key to the truck and I will show myself to it and give it a quick test drive. I find the truck in the lot and the battery was dead. I had to jump it off. The vehicle was still in the lot dirty, it has never been cleaned, and it was out of gas. I told the salesperson this, and he gave me a credit card and said while I'm out test driving it why don't I go put some gas in it. Obviously he was not ready to sell me this truck, so I gave him the keys and I left. I spoke with the sales manager and explain how disappointed I was. He apologized. I called back a few days later speak with the sales manager, and he assured me that if I was still interested in that truck you would make the deal work and he had me in and out of the dealership within 1 hour. I went back a couple more days later and the truck was cleaned, fueled, and ready to roll. They took both of my vehicles on trade in, and I was able to negotiate a lower APR as well as take some off the existing sale price on the truck.. at the end of the day I bought a $42,000 truck for $29,000. Yes I would do business with him again, but just with the second sales person not the first one. Dustin was my salesperson on the second go-around, and he did everything to make sure this deal went through and it was incredibly smooth and honored every one of my negotiated requests... apparently this DUSTIN sales person has been there for quite a while, and he's not there to play games, he just wants to sell cars, and he definitely knows what he's doing!!! I give the dealership 4 stars, but I give Dustin 5 and 1/2 Stars. More
