When I contacted Don Jackson, the price shown was actually lower than what they were offering it for at the showroom. However, they said they'd honor that price - and they did! It needed a new windshield which they had fitted free of charge. Every other little niggle I had with the car was sorted out and the car was nicely valeted for when we picked it up and we were in and out of the showroom in pretty good time. A Hotlanta Mess My husband and I had our eye on a vehicle. We called the day before and confirmed that the vehicle was still there and it was. We drove two hours and My husband and I had our eye on a vehicle. We called the day before and confirmed that the vehicle was still there and it was. We drove two hours and spent the night. Told the sales rep the night before that we were coming for that particular vehicle and paying cash. We show up about half an hour after opening and the sales rep has the key but not a clue where the car itself is. So we drove in a golf cart on some lots and then in a vehicle looking for this car. Finally found it. It's as dirty as the picture from over a month ago...and has flat tires...and won't start. Turns out, after 15 minutes, that the starter is bad. And they won't have the part in for at least 2 days. At this point, I'm really glad I made arrangements to stay overnight (hear the sarcasm here?) And get up early. All to drive back home and find the car we really wanted 15 minutes from my house. Not only was our situation less than amazing, but the whole place was a rat race of fluorescent lights, people, noise, and bad decorations. And our sales rep had a mouth like a sailor. Now listen, I'm no prude and my own language can be filthy...but not in front of somebody I've met 3 minutes ago and in front of mixed company. If you want your car deal to be easy, focused, and calm, don't go here. More
