Small waiting area without the trimmings...no laptop stations, comfortable seating, coffee/snacks. I've taken my JEEP here for the entire year and not one time did anyone mention a missing lug nut. Brandy address the issue and recommended a solution. I have previously requested a vacuum service with oil change. The reply we are too busy, or can't do. I've had other vehicles and service from competitors in the area and Don Jackson has a little ways to go. People like Brandy and prompt service is just the start. More
