Oil Change I recently brought my car to CDJR for an oil change. It was pleasant experience. Prior to going to CDJR that day, I had concluded it would be my last I recently brought my car to CDJR for an oil change. It was pleasant experience. Prior to going to CDJR that day, I had concluded it would be my last because previously I had experienced unsatisfactory service. Upon arriving to the service department, I conveyed my concern to George (Service Advisor) about the care of my vehicle. He carefully listen to my concerns and immediately took the requisite steps to ensure my concerns were addressed. Upon completion of my visit, I was extremely pleased with the service I'd received. My vehicle was returned to me in good shape. The service I received this visit forced me reconsider not using CDJR's service department again. Thank you George! More

She was just as excited with our purchase process as we were. This was our first car brand new no miles off the lot with no down payment. Tge staff that were there was very attentive to everyone there. Even though it was a busy Saturday no one was over looked and no one seemed over whelmed with work. Mrs.Crystal was easy to talk to we became very comfortable with her in the little time that we were there it only took a short while before we drove off with our new 2018 charger .If anyone needs a new car i highly recommend Mrs.Crystal Ward!
