Outstanding Experience I have had some good and bad auto buying experiences in my 66 years. This was the best! My salesman, Bill Lewis, was focused on what I wanted to buy, I have had some good and bad auto buying experiences in my 66 years. This was the best! My salesman, Bill Lewis, was focused on what I wanted to buy, not what he had to sell. No attempt to sell me more than I wanted, something I didn't need or show me the deal of the day that didn't relate to my needs. Therefore, the process was fast. It probably took about 30 minutes to find the vehicle I wanted. Through the entire meeting Bill was friendly and professional. At all times he seemed to be on my side helping me get what I wanted at a price I could afford. Dan, the finance man, was equally enjoyable. He readily accepted my decisions on extended warranties, gap insurance and financing terms. He thoroughly explained them, but accepted my decisions without continuing to push for a different decision. This process was speedy and efficient as well. By the time I left, I felt Bill, Dan and I were all friends. I walk into an auto dealership ready to leave at a moments notice (due to some previous bad experiences when I should have done so earlier). I came to the Don Jackson dealership with the same attitude. There was never one reason for me to have felt this way at their dealership. I was always at ease and the experience could not have gone better. I took several business cards to share with family and friends. I hope they will visit Bill and Dan when they have an auto need.
