Vehicle wouldnt start My car wouldnt start. Dropped my car off on a Monday for an 11am appointment on Tuesday. They didnt begin service until Friday. The rep called and ask My car wouldnt start. Dropped my car off on a Monday for an 11am appointment on Tuesday. They didnt begin service until Friday. The rep called and asked what type of sound I got when trying to start the car. My concern is why would they ask me when they have the vehicle and keys in their possession. They could check for themselves....after all thats why Im paying them. Not sure if they ran a diagnostic or if they just assumed its the battery. Hopefully its not my altetnator draining the battery. But we shall see. The also took care of my recalls. Very friendly staff. Very professional. More
