I went into the dealership to look at getting my truck fixed. After talking to Barry Nelson, and getting an amazing trade in value (more than I owed on it and it had a handful of damage on it) I walked ou fixed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to Don Johnson of Hayward if my life depended on it. I just spent 40K on a truck there and it has issues. Their communication sucks. The salesmen told me everything was perfectly fine and checked out even the windshield wipers. They tried getting me to pay another $25 to get one replaced because it’s got a streak. It has no streak they don’t want what’s in your best interest they want to suck all the money you’ve got from you. Also I had some questions after I bought the vehicle and the attitude I got from them was kind of frightening. Do better. Worst experience ever. On the other hand, Timber ford of Hayward is always glad to help and has the best Customer service in the area. More
