Worst dealership experience ever I have never in my life had such a horrible experience with a dealership. They want to charge you $500 for the inconvenience of not being able to show I have never in my life had such a horrible experience with a dealership. They want to charge you $500 for the inconvenience of not being able to show you a car right now because it is in detail. With your deposit you'll be the first they call to show it to you so you have first chance to buy it. Toyota will drive you to their detail shop and let you drive it out on a test drive right then! Don K wants to charge you $500 to say if the person who already put a deposit on this vehicle doesn't buy it, you're next in line. But you won't get your deposit back if they are able to find you financing - regardless of whether or not that financing is at the dollar amount you are willing to pay for the vehicle, or an interest rate you are willing to have. The vehicle they showed us was priced $4,000 over Kelley Blue Book and NADA, and they said they can't change the price it's listed at and tried to reason that it's based on market value, even though the banks base it on KBB and NADA. I will never return to this dealership. More

We hit a deer, doing extensive damage to my car. I had very recently bought it so I was quite devistated. Unable to drive it, we had it towed to the body shop at Don K Chevrolet. I had a really great experience with Larry and his crew at the body shop as they were friendly and professional to the end. I had recently gotten rear ended on my way up Big Mountain and got my malibu towe at the body shop as they were friendly and professional to the end. They even cleaned up the car after they finished repairing it. I don't think I could go anywhere else after this experience. More

We were visiting the Montana area when we were in a car accident and our truck was taken to Don-K for the auto body work. we returned to Montana to pick our truck up and nothing lined up on our body. We had a real hard time believing this so we returned to Oregon and had another body shop check our truck out and we found out that our truck had excessive frame damage on both sides in the rear and in the front, the box was tweaked and needed to be replaced. There was no way a proffessional should have over looked all of this. We asked Don-K himself what he would do to make us whole again since the work they did was so bad and now our insurance will not total our truck. Don-K told us he would buy our truck pre accident fair market value. well our truck was worth 29,000-31,000 pre accident fair market value and Don-K offered us 20,000 for our truck. HUH that really sounds fair now doesn't it. I would never do business with this place and do not trust them. More
