I live 3 hours away from the dealership and was inquiring about a vehicle, wanted to ask a few questions was on hold almost 10 minutes before anyone picked up, and then when I finally got someone and asked a about a vehicle, wanted to ask a few questions was on hold almost 10 minutes before anyone picked up, and then when I finally got someone and asked a couple questions, she told me there were 2 people in front of me that she would have to take my name and number and call me back. DonK is the worst dealership i have ever dealt with and I have been to several in my lifetime. The people in the service dept come off arrogant and they will lie, cheat and steal your money! The most unethical dealership we have ever used. Sold us a defective new truck. Endangered our lives. Had to hire an attorney. Don k would not help us. After leaving the dealership for a second time we almost got killed again with the exact same issue. Chrysler will not trade out the truck and Don K take it back. Th truck was never driven except to return to dealership. It has been in storage for months. This has cost us thousands. Justice will be served. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM DON K IN WHITEFISH MONTANA! More

I limped into the dealer with steam billowing out of my hood and they dropped what they were doing and came out to help. Even though it was late on a Friday, they quickly diagnosed what the problem was, ordered the part and the very hour it came in (the following Tuesday), they swapped out the part for way under the price the originally quoted me. Tim in the Service dept. was stellar and helped me get back on the road to meet my deadlines. I really appreciate these guys and their willingness to help the customer.
