Well, my first experience was they didn’t top off my fluids on an oil change, which isn’t a big deal but I left it there because I had a thumping noise coming out of my stereo. I have a passenger explorer van which is an explorer conversion so I left my car there for a week because they had somebody on vacation. They couldn’t make the one phone call to explorer to get advice on the issue. They just call and say they do not do that work. If you’re going to sell the vehicle, then you should service the vehicle correct it’ll be my last time going there talk about lazy. More

I purchased a new Buick Lacrosse in 2017. I could not be more pleased with the introduction to the new technologies which this vehicle had. Better yet he took a piece of paper and recorded my passwords for me and wrote some simple steps to follow. This piece of paper stay with my manual and saves time if I do not recall something. My wife purchased another vehicle and the rapid run through of the the tech features was not helpful. Patience in instruction means so very much to the new car owner. The Service Department has been so kind and discussed every possible need and future need for service. More
