Every one of them answered my 50 million questions and didn't miss a beat. I did a few things online before hand which helped to streamline the process, in total, I may have been there 3 hours MAX, which was unheard of some years ago. I am impressed and have already recommended Don McGill to a few people. I don't live in that area, but will gladly pass up the 3 Toyota dealerships on my way to get to them. Great job guys. 😊 More

However, the processes for everything from purchasing a car to renting a temporary car were so slow. Plan your visit to be 2-3 hours long. While the representative apologized each time for the delay, it was terribly irritating to wait a long time. I watched two episodes of Judge Judy on one of my visits. Aaaah!! Also, I had to sign at least 20 documents. In today’s digital age, one signature should be good for all documents. More
