Slow process which was painful Don McGill has a very nice place with good coffee and comfortable seating. The sales staff is very friendly. However, the processes for everything from purchasing a car to renting a temporary car were so slow. Plan your visit to be 2-3 hours long. While the representative apologized each time for the delay, it was terribly irritating to wait a long time. I watched two episodes of Judge Judy on one of my visits. Aaaah!! Also, I had to sign at least 20 documents. In today’s digital age, one signature should be good for all documents. More
