I have never used the word "pleasant" to describe purchasing a vehicle, but I can honestly say that Mr. Garrett ensured that this was a pleasant and expedient process. I live out of state, but was not happy with any of the used car options near my home. Mr. Garrett spoke with me on the phone and took the time to really understand what I was looking for. When I found a car that I liked online, he took it for a drive and actually told me that the vehicle I wanted was not the best fit for us (the dealership ended up deciding the car was not a good fit for anyone and sent it to be auctioned). Many salesmen would have just tried to make the sale, and taken advantage of the fact that I was out of state and could not peruse the vehicles myself in person. He then found me a beautiful car that was a BETTER deal, and in much better shape with lower miles than the one I had originally wanted. I have never seen a used car that was as clean and gorgeous as this one. I was able to do almost everything over the phone and Mr. Garrett ensured that when I came in after the 4 hour drive from my home, the car and paperwork were ready.
