2024 Grand Highlander limited gas model. I have put over 2000 miles on the car and the gas mileage has been consistently bad. It’s rated for 21 mpg city and 28 mpg highway. I am averag I have put over 2000 miles on the car and the gas mileage has been consistently bad. It’s rated for 21 mpg city and 28 mpg highway. I am averaging 16 mpg city or less. When I fill up the gas tank, my projected distance is around 260 miles of total range ON A FULL TANK OF GAS. It’s unbelievable. I brought my car into the dealership and the service department was extremely unhelpful. First it took them three hours just to look at my car. Then they spent hours attempting to convince me that this is normal behavior. Never in my life has this happened with the dozens of cars I’ve driven. I can guarantee that my bad review of this dealership and this car will not stop here. Good luck to anyone doing business with Don McGill Toyota of Katy. More

As always, Robert did the best. Today he went above and beyond to assist me. I needed my car this evening because due to the storm, I had to empty my refrigerator and consequently, Today he went above and beyond to assist me. I needed my car this evening because due to the storm, I had to empty my refrigerator and consequently, I had no food. Robert waited for me after the first Uber driver cancelled and the dealership was closing. He turned around after he received a call from me saying the driver cancelled and came back to the dealership to make sure I got my car so I could find something to eat. ABOVE AND BEYOND.
