Crystal M. provided exceptional customer service. I arrived late for my 1 pm appointment so had to wait in line like the others, which is fair, and actually it provided exceptional customer service. She finished the Don Mcgill commitment service of my vehicle in time for me to pick up my child after school. Knowing I was on a time crunch, she was courteous to save me time from having to walk to the register for check out, as she herself walked over to where I was waiting inside the dealership to personally hand me the keys and tell me everything was good to go.
