I think this dealership really has their act together when it comes to customer service. I have been having my car serviced at Don McGill Houston on the Katy freeway for the many years as I can remember. when it comes to customer service. I have been having my car serviced at Don McGill Houston on the Katy freeway for the many years as I can remember. Today I had an appointment for Ivan to do my 90,000 mile check up at 7:30 AM. I was taking promptly at 7:30 AM and I will explain to me that I would come out cheaper by going ahead and doing my 100,000 mile check up since I had about 92,000 miles on my car. He was prepared when I got there with what he was going to tell me and with his explanation of his recommendation that I do the hundred thousand mile check up and I agreed with him. I was in an out in 2 1/2 hours which was just about what Irene told me it would be, so I was a happy camper! They have a very nice waiting area, which is clean and comfortable, and for years I have noticed, which is probably a woman thing that their bathroom is kept so clean by the lady who takes care of it. That means a lot to women and I think it’s important to mention in this review. Great job, Ivan, and I’ll be back to see you!😊 More
