A lot of wasted time once I agreed to the sticker price (I did not even try to negotiate on that). But then they came up with fictitious charges like pre-conditioning of the used car (almost $3000) and th (I did not even try to negotiate on that). I had to fight to get those charges removed but I would have thought in this day and age dealers would be more honest. Will never use these charlatans again. In addition, they wanted my social security number even though this was a cash purchase. The sales manager claimed with was for identification purposes. As the US government writes very clearly on your social security card, and I quote "FOR SOCIAL SECURITY AND TAX PURPOSES - NOT FOR IDENTIFICATION". Because I did not give them the SSN, decided to withhold delivery of the car even though I gave them a cashier's check for the full amount. And now it has been 2 business days and cashiers checks don't take that long to clear, yet they still have not offered delivery of the car. Very petty, vindictive, nasty dealership. Take your business elsewhere. More
