Car purchase During the negotiation process with the sales person we were always presented with 0% for 60 months and it was not until we were in financing after ne During the negotiation process with the sales person we were always presented with 0% for 60 months and it was not until we were in financing after negotiation of price and trade in; we were told it is 0.9% from 60 months, which resulted in me paying 750 dollars more than I wanted to pay for the car. I would have backed out of the deal then, however I had already signed over my title for the trade in. I would have also negotiated less for the car. And when I asked what they were going to do about the mistake, they did nothing. I didn’t receive a apology for the mistake. The negotiation was extremely painful, the sales person was new and didn’t know anything and he had to get a more senior sales person and the negotiation took forever and it was super annoying he would have to go the general sales manager for approval of every 1% off the msrp. By the time it was over I was exhausted. And the financing took forever and when I asked how much longer they could never give me an answer. I have same children at home and wasted quality time away from them to do this painful task. This was my first new car purchase and I was hoping it would go nicely but it was so horrible. I left there pissed off instead of being excited about my new purchase. It wasn’t until 5 days after buying the car I could actually get excited about my purchase. The sales people were also not knowledgeable about the hybrids and when asked questions about the car they could only answer some of them. Basically overall it was horrible coustmer service and bc of my experience with them I would NOT recommend them to anyone nor will I purchase my next car with that dealership. More
