I have owned Chevrolet’s, Fords, Cadillacs, Mercedes, a Honda, a Volvo, and a Toyota. They have all been great cars. All I had to do was say I was buying a car to make everyone I know offer suggestions. I looked at just Toyota and Honda. I only was interested in a mid size suv. I went to both Don McGill locations a nearby Honda dealership. The sales staff at both Don McGill locations was professional and made every effort to make me aware of all features each model offered, showed me all cars in stock, and we took test drives. I learned just before I was set to finalize the deal that buying with a Costco discount would lower my drive out cost significantly. I was directed to the Houston location. I was contacted within 15 minutes of contacting Costco by Belal Awad. He promptly sent me a quote. I met him after work. Within an just over an hour, he had given me pricing on all 3 options on the SE version of the Rav 4, and showed me all available inventory. Decision made, deal closed, and I drove my beautiful new car home. My salesman was very easy to work with, has excellent product knowledge, and his most appreciated asset is that he is totally non-pushy. I am an extremely satisfied customer. More

Price negotiation Internet price not accepted as advertised it is just to get in customer to dealership Negotiation process is very bad, sales staff does not honor o Internet price not accepted as advertised it is just to get in customer to dealership Negotiation process is very bad, sales staff does not honor or accept sales price quoted by Email and mismatch vin or stock number and try to sell the car for more value I recommend Don - Dealer just because it has good programs for lifetime oil changes and loaner cars repair warranty for life . Finance part also tricky after negotiation of price with sales team does not end as final price. finance team again increase the price by removing Toyota rebates or discounts or impose higher interest rate. Got the car but Still dealer has to install mud guard within the amount of price agreed Anyone buying car must do home work to negotiate price with this dealer. More
