This dealer really do not care any of customer. I called them and tried to speak to Peggy Diaz, by 9:50, I was told she is not in yet, after 10:05, I was told she is in a meeting and will not be able to talk to me in next three four days. The body shop send me a message and said the car has finished the repair and washed yesterday. I called them when can I pick up the car, they told me middle of next week! The operator of 832-772-1000 even hand off my phone rudely when I tried to talk to people other than Peggy! Just avoid this dealer, drive a little bit more to get business from other dealer.

Thank you so much, but I complained when it happened to the internet sale manager and other managers. I was told that others are paying 10% over MSRP, and 300 persons waiting for cars. Well Good, these 300 are now 299 as I already took my business somewhere else !! Did you think the car shortage was going to last forever?
