Most importantly, he saved me time and money by ensuring all necessary papers were ready to go. I was impressed and would keep recommending friends and families to this dealership. More

Service Department Lacking I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and always took my vehicles to them for service. I have three vehicles I purchased from Don McGill and have not had issues with the sales staff, but the service department has gone from excellent to lacking in customer service. I took my Land Cruiser in for service and to check an issue with the passenger mirror. They said I needed a new mirror and did not know about a Technical Service Bulletin on how to fix the mirror. When I brough the TSB up, they still wanted to sell me a new mirror. They replaced in the inside air filter and when my A/C would not work corrrectly, they wanted to replace the A/C controls, even though I suggested the filter not being seated correctly would cause the problem. I corrected the problem myself by reseating the filter. Now I get the vehicle back from an oil change and there is greasy fingerprints on the door, door handle and steering wheel. That's poor customer service to me. More
Bought Over 100000 Worth of Vehicles: Screwed on Service DO NOT BUY OR USE THIS LOCATION, OR DON MCGILL IN GENERAL: deceptive trade practices anound. Bought 3 vehicles in the dealership and do not service t DO NOT BUY OR USE THIS LOCATION, OR DON MCGILL IN GENERAL: deceptive trade practices anound. Bought 3 vehicles in the dealership and do not service their contacts for the supposed lifetime services. Time delays abound and they will keep turning you away. Extended warranties are a joke and rated 1 star, do not allow them to sell you one. BUYER BEWARE DON MCGILL WILL PUT THE SCREWS TO YOU AT EVERY CHANCE. My salesperson left, financial person, and high exodus of personnel after 3 rd car was sold to me due to disgruntled workers having to deal with Deceptive McGill practices. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!! More

Mind games and insults Buyers beware. Don McGill Toyota plays games. First they advertise an internet price, then they make you sign a piece of paper that you promise to b Buyers beware. Don McGill Toyota plays games. First they advertise an internet price, then they make you sign a piece of paper that you promise to buy the car today if you agree on price (a psychological mind game which isn’t legally worth the paper it is written on - they do this so you pressure yourself to buy from them now even if it is against self interest). Then they take you trade in for an evaluation. After the evaluation, they keep your keys and present you with an initial offer of the internet price plus $2400 “reconditioning” fee. They low ball your trade in to the tune of 30% of NADA and won’t give your keys back until you throw a fit. They separate you from your keys as away of psychological gamesmanship. Once you are thoroughly insulted, they offer to waive the “reconditioning” fee and ask you what you think you should pay. They made me a second offer some $8,000 less than their original bogus offer which was still about $4,000 over the subtracted NADA values of the trade in vs “new” used car you are trying to buy. I had to get irate and demand my car key 5 times before Don McGill Toyota would return my keys. The irony is the car they showed me had the engine light on with a fault code indicating the fuel sending unit sensor failed and the rear view mirror was missing. The car they tried to sell to me $12,000 over NADA couldn’t even pass a state inspection in its condition. In hindsight, I should have screamed obscenities to cause a scene and called the police to retrieve my keys. More
