Since I live in San Antonio and I was interested in a particular used car that they had listed on Cargurus, I had to touch base with them before going there. The evening before going, I called and confirmed the car was still available, that the price they had it listed for on Cargurus was accurate, that the carfax was clean, etc. All were confirmed and we drove down the next morning. I say we because this car was for my son hence we drove down together. In an effort to speed this up, I will say everything went absolutely fantastic from the time we arrived until we sat down and started paperwork. My son liked the car and was ready to buy. Here was the issue, when they showed us the numbers the price has increased 2,000 dollars from the price listed online and quoted. The bulk was a 1,300 dollar charge for refurbishing the car. Anyway, we went back and forthe for a few minutes on this issue. In the end, they sold us the car for the price that was quoted and advertised. More
