Looking for a new car I came in that day to look and browse for a new car due to my recent car being a total loss settlement. I rated Katy Toyota Dealership as “Excellent” I came in that day to look and browse for a new car due to my recent car being a total loss settlement. I rated Katy Toyota Dealership as “Excellent” because they understood what I was looking for, my budget and price range and what will be a good deal for me having to get a car within a week. Starting from the beginning when I walked in to first speak to Billy Knight, he actively listened to every detail about my recent car, my interest for my next car, and what will be a good deal for me through my situation that I can afford. Next, I spoke with Jose Millan and he helped along with the process of choosing a car by test driving cars and giving me the knowledge of the difference between the 2015 Toyota Corolla to a 2019 Toyota Corolla. To hear from him about the safety features of the new car, I felt that I will be more safe and comfortable in that car compared to my 2015 model. Lastly, I spoke with Domoninic Pisano in the finance office to finalized everything with the 2019 Toyota Corolla. This was my first time leasing a car and he was beyond helpful to make sure that I understood everything about leasing and the mileage which is very important. I even received good tips and advices from him as being young leasing a car and knowing how to budget with this new car being added.
