We saw two cars advertised at Don McGill-Katy. At least one of them was through the USAA Buying Service & we where definitely interested in looking at it. When we arrived, a young lady that was leaving, ask if we needed help, turned herself around & made several calls until she located just the right person to help us. Alvin joined us & soon we were test driving a 2012 PriusV. I have owned this brand before, just not a “V”. However, even though it gets a bit less gas mileage than the Prius, it’s gas savings is still pretty impressive! And the comfort factor alone was amazing! I have a back problem, which it took care of, & even the back seats recline for the comfort of my friends! It ran like a dream & that was confirmed today, when my personal mechanic said it was top notch! Alvin was absolutely perfect in his negotiations for us, we have so enjoyed doing business with Don McGill-Katy. Two small things that has nothing to do with my purchase or how much We enjoyed Alvin: Suggestion 1.-Send someone with design & vision abilities to find you something to replace the paper boxes your sales folks have to stand on in an otherwise tidy looking office! Suggestion 2.-Think about hiring someone to look at your inside showroom setup & show off your wonderful vehicles leaving room for everyone to breath, as well. Thank you so much! More

Dishonest and lazy staff I said I had a 6k budget for cash purchase. Found one at 4678. They jacked the price up so that it was 6k even. Smh and wow. Really. I told them to change it back to the price in the add. They did. Paid cash. Your lazy finance guy kept making unnecessary comments about cash being annoying. He have my son directions and asked him to go get change. No respect, my son paid for the car. I reminded him we saved you a cc fee and to quit acting like we were an annoyance. I did not thank him for his time as it was not deserved. More
