Great salesman, terrible finance department. The salesman Felipe Chan, was amazing. But when he sent our paper work to finance department, ir took forever and started asking for papers after we had been waiting for at least 3 hours. When finally at 8:50 we met with the finance person, Kris Hernandez, he was not very polite and wanted to push away our purchase from saturday to monday blaming banks for being closed. When we insisted we"suddenly"got approved. This office needs to find a system in which the clients don't have to spend the entire day there. If Felipe hadn't been so good to us, we would have left without waiting 5 ours for the finance guy. More
