Challenging but a good experience. Albert is the best on that day we went there in Toyota in Katy. We went there for an oil change. We were looking around the showroom but no one entertained us except for Mr. Albert. Everything else was the same in dealing with the price of the vehicle. The gentleman from the financing was amazing. We forgot his name but what I can remember was he is the one with knee problem. He has a lot of patience. Explaining everything to us. We ended around 10 pm. And then when were done, Mr. Albert was still there waiting for us. We were the last customers who got out the dealership. Mr. Albert still helped us moved our stuff from my 2016 4runner to my new 2018 4runner. 😊 More
