Simply Don’t Care About Customers Needs (Don’t Buy Here!) This isn’t going to be long at all. Don McGill Toyota reminds me why I hate car buying and why I should always buy a car cash. First off the price wasnt even all that great it was only ok but liked the vechicle. I did have a better chance going to Sterling McCall. Secondly I was practically forced into (which is my fault I should have walked away) paying for a gps tracker they place in the cars. I couldn’t care less about a stupid gps tracker and I asked them to remove the fee and they kept telling me they could do nothing about which is a lie because after I read the documentation it wasn’t required and I should not have signed. They also tried placing a $2000 recon fee on the vechicle which they then waived as a tactic to get me to think I was getting a deal. All I wanted was to buy a vechicle and leave. I realized then that Don McGill has a totally horrible rating on Yelp and I’m not surprised and I’ll definitely be spreading the word not to buy from them under any circumstances. More

Waited over 45 minutes to complete paperwork with no one else In lobby. Threatened to leave and were with finance personnel within 3 minutes. Bottom line....great deal, great staff but pack a lunch because you'll be there forever. More
