Service (Make Ready) Disappointment The process of buying my new car was wonderful, easy and stress free. However, I was promised a buffing, detailing, tinted windows, etc. I dropped off The process of buying my new car was wonderful, easy and stress free. However, I was promised a buffing, detailing, tinted windows, etc. I dropped off my car, was able to get a rental and off to work I went. I received a call stating that my vehicle was ready for pick up...GREAT, right? Well I when I got to the dealership, they were unable to locate my vehicle, then after 25 mins of waiting it was finally “discovered” due to “so many black cars that needed service” that day. The guy walks me out to my car only to find out that they did NOT tint my windows as promised bcs later in the day I received a phone call asking if there was tape blocking me from putting down the windows!!! When I called the “make ready” girl back, she tells me she was confused as well and that I could bring my vehicle back YET AGAIN!! But why, to be lied to about the tinting again? This was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with Don McGill considering how pleasant the car buying experience was. It seems as though they need better service people! More

The only negative is that we waited over a hour to see our finance manager and 2 days later, the paperwork is still not complete. Our stress level has gone way up. More
