I am very happy and pleased with Mr. Estaban Jimenez' kindness, professionalism, and customer service. He showed me months ago that I needed 4 new tires. I'm so thankful he did! I can't think of the dangerous situations I'd be in on the road had he not sold me those tires. I travel quite a bit daily either to get to and from work, to go see about my mother, or to take my son back and forth to college. Unfortunately, I've since had to come back to Toyota of Katy and have 2 tires replaced due to nails or screws. The tire replacement process has been painless and seamless. Thank you again so much!
