The quality of customer service I received at Don McGill Toyota of Katy was far beyond the already positive reviews I read prior to going. Upon arriving we were greeted by Cornelius Jones who took the time to ask specifically what we were looking for and any features or important ideas we wanted in a vehicle. Cornelius took the time to research and find out exactly what he could do and work out for us. Not once during the process did I feel left out of the loop or disadvantaged, he walked us through each detail and explained any question we had. From the first meet and greet until he passed the keys onto us, he truly did indeed go over and beyond to make the sales experience an enjoyable and uncomplicated process, I am very grateful for the positive experience. Moving into the finance and paperwork part Alvaro was extrememly patient and knowledgeble. He took the time to explain each paper, each section, and each process. He went over our options and let us decide from there what we wanted and any details. We had already received a great deal of customer service and after meeting with Alvaro for the final process it was extended from there. I would truly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a Toyota. There are many sides to customer service, especially when it extends past just making a sale.
