Everything ran smoothly for my first 5K service. Although I will say that the cabin air filter they suggested to me seemed overpriced. This was in answer to a toyota crown signia recall on its backup cameras. Service writer indicated it would take 3-5 hrs. I brought my 2025 Highlander in for its first service at 9 am and was told that the recall for the rear camera update would be a slow one on top of the 5000 mile service. I sat down to wait…. As I was sitting there I started to notice how many cars were lined up in the green lighted lanes, I thought “no way” I’ll be here all day. Then I started noticing all the upgraded installations for the coffee area and areas to charge phones and work on computers… impressive I was actually out of there by 10:30, work done and updated software installed for the recalled backup camera… More
I would like the management team at Toyota of Katy to know that one of their workers wrecked my 2024 Tundra while they had it for an inspection. But from the moment it happened, Tre, Omar, Kevin and Dav know that one of their workers wrecked my 2024 Tundra while they had it for an inspection. But from the moment it happened, Tre, Omar, Kevin and David were honest and very concerned about making sure I knew the dealership would make it right, and in the end it did.
