He offered a repair that was need but wasn't a part of my visit and gave me a reasonable window of when I needed to fix rather than push a job on me I wasn't prepared pay for. Instead of focusing on "Red" factor of the diagnosis. Instead he informed me how long I could go without fixing it and said to call if anything came up. I appreciate that and it was highly refreshing over the last few visits I have had with your business. More

I bought my car here and have been taken it in for regular maintenance services and recalls for past few years. On one occasion, my experience could be described as "fine" where they performed the ser regular maintenance services and recalls for past few years. On one occasion, my experience could be described as "fine" where they performed the service at a reasonable speed, kept me informed, and didn't try to twist my arm about buying more parts/new car. Every other experience over that time ranged from not great to terrible. The dishonest practices I saw in the sales department has now leaked into the service department. Their promise of free oil changes ended with a $343.72 bill this last visit. Included in that bill were 2 new wiper blades which I didn't ask them to replace and which were each priced $10 higher on my receipt than on Toyota's own website. This is just one example of their aggressive and untrustworthy behavior. Additionally, I am constantly hounded by their sales team with calls, emails, and even flyers they left in my car after services. More
Our service advisor Jessica was wonderful. We had an AC issue that we had been trying for almost a year to get diagnosed. She arranged a rental car (unexpected) for us.
