I went to Don Miller after a horrible experience at another Mazda dealership who wasted my entire day, did not listen to my needs and jerked me around on price. I was told that I couldn’t get what I wanted for the price I was looking for. I called Don Miller, asked them to give me their best price for both the car I wanted and my trade – and they did just that. They were competitively priced and I had to do no haggling or back and forth. Mike (Finance Manager) and Jim (Salesperson) were great to work with and very helpful throughout the entire process. I told them the car I wanted, what I wanted to pay and they made it happen! And I got the exact car (color) with the exact options and accessories that I wanted. On top of that, they paid attention to the details. They had the car I wanted parked out front, warmed up with a full tank of gas waiting for me when I arrived for a test drive. They made the process so much easier than anything I have experienced before. This was by far the easiest and most positive experiences of all of my car purchases to date. This week I purchased a CX-5 and the Don Miller Team has more than lived up to my expectations. Sales rep John Stein understood what we were looking for and answered questions very knowledgeably. When a vehicle became available at a price that met our stated interests John made a considerable effort to reach us (our voice mail was down). That, combined with a very reasonable trade for our 12-year-old CRV authorized by JJ, made our choice easy. We think our new CX-5 is perfect for us.
