Throughout the entire process, Jim made me feel like he truly cared about not only finding a reliable car for me, but making my price range work. As a young woman on a tight budget, I've gone to other dealerships where they made me feel like the money I was going to spend with them wasn't worth their time and it was an inconvenience to answer my questions when wealthier clients could be sitting in my chair. NOT the case at Mazda. Jim let me take as much time as I needed to be inquisitive. Not only that, but he went above and behind: flagging important pages in my owner's manual and making sure I knew how use the Bluetooth and find the windshield wipers before I left the dealership. I've purchased quite a few (used) cars before, and never have I felt so confident in all the features before I drove away. Great deal! Great people to work with! We just love, love, love the Miata MX-5!!!! We had just sold our Miata MX-5 on Friday. We had waited almost 2 years for the couple that wanted our ca We just love, love, love the Miata MX-5!!!! We had just sold our Miata MX-5 on Friday. We had waited almost 2 years for the couple that wanted our car, when they came through with the money and we didn't want to pass up that opportunity. BUT, we had a 3-day trip planned for the following weekend. Yikes! What do we do now??? We called around to about 8 places to see what was available in a 2016 model, red with tan interior. We got some rude people at some of the dealerships out of state who wanted to increase the amount of the price from what they had them listed for on the internet. So we were familiar with Don Miller Mazda in Madison as they sponsor our first ride of the year at their establishment, they did not have any MX-5s listed for sale, so we hadn't tried them prior to this. On Monday of the following week, we talked with John Stein, explaining our dilemma and he apologized that they didn't have any MX-5s available. About two hours later, John called us back and said, "I think we might be able to get one for you, just like you wanted. But, you have to get here and put money down on the deal and make an offer to purchase." So we went down on Monday early evening and put a down payment on the car, unseen, un-driven by us. We put all our faith in Don Miller Mazda and John Stein to come through for us and waited with fingers crossed. John called us on Tuesday afternoon and said, "We got one for you! We can have it ready by Thursday afternoon.!" Well, it's Thursday evening and sitting in our back garage is our brand new Soul Red MX-5 with tan leather seats just waiting for us to take its journey touring the sites on the Badgerland Miata Club's Miata Regatta to Bayfield event on August 28 - 30. NOT ONLY did Don Miller Mazda and all the people involved come through for us, they ALSO GAVE US a discount on the purchase price of the vehicle! John then took time to go over all of the mechanical and driving features of our new vehicle. I definitely recommend Don Miller Mazda, John Stein, Mike, and Chris to anyone who needs an MX-5 or any other Mazda! My salesman, Yevgeniy Kurolapnik was not high pressure at all.He offered advice and answered my questions while I was there and understood completely when I said I needed some time to think it over. After I left the lot, he was available whenever I needed more information. I decided to buy a new Mazda 3, which I LOVE. Michael Neckar handled all of the paperwork for me, it was MUCH easier than I expected. I highly recommend Don Miller for anyone but if you are a single woman it should definitely be your first stop.
