Best sales experience ever Seriously. This is my 10th new car in 35 years and while I have had great salesmen in the past, Conor and the rest of the staff were absolutely TOP N Seriously. From my salesman Conor to the extremely friendly sales manager John Macaskil (spelling?) to Rory in finance, everyone who greeted and talked with me was super friendly and laid back. I so appreciated the no-high-pressure approach of wanting to meet my needs, being extremely personable, being able to read me, and totally focusing on me. (One other dealer of a different make of car kept looking behind me as he was "talking" with me as if he could care less about me personally, which immediately turned me off.) I could tell everyone at Don Miller Subaru was listening as when I returned a day later to take delivery my new car each person I had spoken to the day before remembered me and recalled nuances of our previous conversations. This is an honest, no-nonsense dealership that truly believes in and stands behind their vehicles. Every time I come in I am treated like a friend. One time I ended up just chatting with a salesman for 15 minutes about cool places to check out around Wisconsin. I would even go as far as to say of the two Don Miller locations, the east side is the superior dealership. I went in to both for an appraisal on my 2015 Subaru Crosstrek and the west side location undervalued my car by almost $1,500 less than what the east side location had offered. Each time I trade in my vehicle the process is quick, painless, and this last time I worked with Gavin Vyse who is awesome and very helpful. I highly recommend this dealership for all your car-buying and service needs, and they are all just really nice people. More
