We got an exceptional price and a great trade in amount for our old vehicle. Gavin and the manager did not pressure us or steer us towards something we were not interested in and just let us pick out the perfect car for us. Everyone involved was extremely helpful, efficient, and informative and my boyfriend and I feel like we walked away with a reliable and reasonably priced Subaru Impreza... The first of many Subaru purchases, I hope. I think the inside of the vehicle could have been cleaned better in a few places (the speedometer and display areas as well as the ceiling) but we can easily take care of that ourselves. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and in the future when we decide to purchase our next new vehicle we will definitely be visiting Don Miller East and/or West. More

Excellent service I had read the reviews of a selection of vehicles on line and decided that the Outback was a vehicle that would meet my needs. I visited the showroom and was introduced to Danielle Juhl by the on line sales manager. Danielle was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that Subaru had to offer and after discussing with me what features I was interested in she was able to set me up with a test drive of several vehicles that had those features. I had test driven several comparable vehicles for comparison at competitors near by and found that the outback touring was my favorite. Danielle went out of her way to make sure all of my questions were answered and she arranged for my wife to also test drive the car. Danielle was both professional and personable in her sales approach. We could tell that she really cared about helping us find the right vehicle.
