He was never condescending when we asked so many questions about the tech that is new to us! Blaine was very prompt in responding to our email and phone inquiries. We would say, though, that it's good for us customers to hear about how solid a product a Subaru is....but it's not good to hear disparaging comments about the competition (Fords, Kia's, etc.). So far we really like our new Legacy, and we're looking forward to returning in a few weeks to learn more about how to use the great tech components. More
