Absolutely the finest experience my wife and I have had at any dealership - ever! Over the course of 40+ years of purchasing vehicles, the attention, courtesy, care, and honesty of Jonathan and David were at any dealership - ever! Over the course of 40+ years of purchasing vehicles, the attention, courtesy, care, and honesty of Jonathan and David were phenomenal! I first contacted Dave ("Internet Salesman") and began the most pleasant process of securing a new vehicle. He was low-key, but very kind and thorough, staying touch with us. When we arrived at the dealership, Dave greeted us and introduced us to Jonathan who was to be our salesperson. Jonathan treated my wife and I like family - warm and friendly, genuinely expressing concern and appreciation for us throughout the process. When we went out to take the Outback for a test drive, Jonathan was careful to point out the various features, explaining how each one worked and how they enhanced the driving experience and contributed to the safety of the vehicle; he clearly knew the features and explained them iin context and with clarity. During the test drive, Jonathan was attentive to all of our questions, and his care for us continued as we discussed purchase details and financing. A shout-out is also in order for our finance person who was humorous, thorough, and flexible with our needs, setting up an appointment for us which worked for our commute (we came to the dealership in Madison from our home in the Milwaukee area). Look, if you're online, looking at vehicles, and wonder about traveling some distance - let me highly recommend Don MIller Subaru, Jonathan, Dave, and their entire team! We did, and we are so very pleased not only with our Outback, but especially with the 5-Star (no, make that 6-Star/Subaru) Service! More
This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and I was pretty nervous about the process. On 8/26/23 called the dealership to let them know I was less than a mile away and had a flat tire. Told the lady after calling the number for service and just kept getting voicemail only able to get throug less than a mile away and had a flat tire. Told the lady after calling the number for service and just kept getting voicemail only able to get through if you chose schedule an appointment that I had a flat on my way to dealership after noticing my tire light was on. Woman seemed concerned and asked if I could put on my spare! Well I wouldn't be going to dealership if I could do that! I was told she was going to contact ber supervisor and mark it urgent and I would get a call back in a few minutes. Waited over half hour and had to call back again and another woman answered. Was told she was contacting service again. Never heard back from anyone and eventually had to call someone else for assistance as I literally would still be sitting there waiting and still have never received a call back. I have bought 2 cars from this dealerships and have always had service there but never again! Service department is terrible there are things I have had happen (Scratched my whole dash when putting in my new radio and when they replaced the dash piece constantly finding screws from that and now the whole thing rattles) but looked the other way since I thought they treated their customers good but apparently not! More
