A superb vehicle purchasing experience at Don Miller Subaru East. I was fortunate to be greeted by Blaine Tessmann, my salesperson, who listened to what my needs were in terms of a new vehicle and assis Subaru East. I was fortunate to be greeted by Blaine Tessmann, my salesperson, who listened to what my needs were in terms of a new vehicle and assisted in determining the best fit. Within 30 minutes he was writing my order for my new Forester. He was responsive and patient with my emails and calls. Best of all his comprehensive orientation to my new vehicle was invaluable and unbelievable! Never have I experienced anyone taking the time and having the patience to do this! Rory's handling of my financing was smooth with complete explanations. Both gentlemen were pleasant and knowledgeable in providing me with outstanding service. More

My salesperson, Blaine Tessmann, was outstanding in every way. Personable, knowledgeable, experienced, polite, approachable, great communication. I was very unhappy with the Finance Manager, Don, who hand way. Personable, knowledgeable, experienced, polite, approachable, great communication. I was very unhappy with the Finance Manager, Don, who handled the money part including a loan. He was impatient, inaccurate, and omitted important information in response to my questions. He didn't answer my email although he had encouraged me to contact him with questions or if I decided to buy extended protection plans... I did want to buy them and I indicated that in the email. Don contacted me only after I texted my salesperson the next day asking if Don was in and that I was waiting to hear from him. Don had told me his day off and when he was in. I sent the email early in the morning on a day he was in. I would not work with Don again. In summary, salesperson was great, a 10/10. I'm satisfied with the price we agreed upon. The Outback is beautiful, and yes I would buy from this dealership again. More
