We had such a wonderful experience working with Don Miller Subaru West in Madison when our son bought a Certified used Subaru Impreza, that when our 13 year old Chrysler Minivan was totaled in our home Miller Subaru West in Madison when our son bought a Certified used Subaru Impreza, that when our 13 year old Chrysler Minivan was totaled in our home town of Rochester, Michigan, we drove the 7 hours back to Madison to buy our first Subaru Outback. We absolutely love the vehicle and have nothing but the highest praise for our salesman Joe Neuser, and the rest of the staff at Don Miller Subaru East. My wife and I both worked over 20 years at Chrysler and can only wish Chrysler had such amazing dealers. We are now a 2 Subaru family and I look forward to getting behind the wheel every opportunity I get. More

After 23 years, and 192K miles, it was finally time to retire my 1998 Honda CR-V. I've always been a fan of Subaru, so after some online research, I headed over to Don Miller East. Joe N was beyond helpful in explaining all the 2021 tech and safety features that I was so unfamiliar with, and he answered all my questions about trim levels and the various features I wanted. One test drive was all it took - I was hooked. When I found the color, trim level and features I wanted on the Forester, Joe, and Rory in Finance, made the buying experience a pleasure. I traded in my Forester for a brand new Outback. Everyone was super friendly and listened to my needs. I did not feel like I was being pushed into a sale.
