While shopping to upgrade our Outback, we had many frustrations with a couple different dealerships in IL. It was not a routine transaction as we are from out of state, but they handled it flawlessly. Friendly, accommodating, efficient and FAIR - they could have stuck it to us knowing how far we traveled and our specific wishes - but they gave us better value on our trade in than the previous dealership we worked with in IL, and completely exceeded all of our expectations. They made the trip and experience worth the 3 hour drive and overnight stay.
