I recently bought a car from Don Miller Subaru and was so happy with my salesman, Blaine Tessmann. Although I was really looking forward to getting a new car I wasn't looking forward to the salesman pressuri happy with my salesman, Blaine Tessmann. Although I was really looking forward to getting a new car I wasn't looking forward to the salesman pressuring me part. Blaine answered all my questions which was great but he also gave me a lot of information I didn't even know to ask about! Blaine made my experience pressure free and actually enjoyable. Recently purchased my 2021 Forester from Don Miller East. He helped me schedule a test drive where I laid out 3 things I wanted - to test drive an Outback, Forester, and to get my Crosstrek appraised for trade in. When I arrived, he had set me up with Blaine, who helped us accomplish those 3 things in a short amount of time. Blaine gave us just the right amount of information, answered our questions, but most importantly gave us enough alone time to discuss and check out the features ourselves. Once we decided on the Forester, Blaine was reasonable and never pushed us to get any more features than we really needed/wanted. Daleena helped with financing and that was also a smooth process. Overall, a great experience at Don Miller East - straightforward, honest, and nothing like your stereotypical car buying experience. I was never pushed or rushed, but also received enough attention when I wanted it. More
