Conor Kuhnau was my Sales Representative and he provided answers to all our questions in a relaxed and engaging way so that there was absolutely no stress or push in the process. We actually had fun being with him---when was the last time that happened to you when you bought some high ticket item? He not only answered all our car questions but took us on a ride and demonstrated many of the NEW Outback features (it has a large 11 inch video screen on the front dash-very cool). We are animal lovers and so is he---ask him to show you a picture of his beautiful White lab. Overall, I expected an experience that would be stressful and perhaps a bit confrontational, but what happened was I got everything I wanted (including a great running and looking car) with no stress or anxiety. I believe the staff at Don Miller's East is tuned to this and Conor naturally fits this. I waited a long time (I mean very long) and did a lot of research between several manufacturers and various models. I finally arrived at my decision. As I implied, the last time I was in the market for a new car has been a long time, but not so long that I forgot what a creepy experience I had. (different car manufacturer) Not so this time around. We came through the purchasing process with Conor Kuhnau, our sales person feeling at ease, and with no regrets. Best experience ever! I have wanted a white Crosstrek for some time and it was finally time to get a new vehicle! Don Miller was the only one who gave a fair amount for our trade in and worked with us on price to get it into our budget! Maddie also worked very hard in finding me a white Crosstrek with light interior! I am so very happy with my Crosstrek! Oh and Daleena in finance is so much fun to work with! More
