This wasn't intentional and I think I just misread the email. At any rate, we were able to test drive and purchase a similar car with minimal stress and pressure. I really appreciated Tray's relaxed, friendly demeanor. He took care of everything, and was enjoyable to work with. I think the only pressure I experienced was with the discussion of the extended warranty. I was clear in the beginning that I didn't want it, but guess what? I ended up getting it. I realize this is traditional, but I feel that if a person expresses a feeling about not wanting it, the push should stop. Besides that, everything was good.
