The dealership is new and well managed and the staff is pleasant & very helpful. Our salesperson, Lindsey Raftis was fabulous! While she is new to Subaru, she is not new to car sales, and her knowledge and expertise was incredibly helpful. She is pleasant & kind without the usual sales "fluff", and I sincerely appreciated her soft, but direct business approach. If you're looking for someone to gently & knowledgeably walk you through the car buying process, you will do yourself a huge favor to ask for Lindsey when stop by Subaru East. More

Fast service no hard upsell! I was able to see the features I was interested in. No one tried to tell me I wanted features I really did not. My color and feature set arrived qui I was able to see the features I was interested in. No one tried to tell me I wanted features I really did not. My color and feature set arrived quickly. I have had service for my last two cars from Don Miller so I am confident I will get good service on this car also. I -may- add an extended warranty, but the information was not hard sale pushed, which felt so nice! More
Connor Khunau is a great Salesman, but other issues happened After doing several reviews on various SUVs and Crossovers, I was very impressed with the 2019 Subaru Forester and decided to drive the hour down to M After doing several reviews on various SUVs and Crossovers, I was very impressed with the 2019 Subaru Forester and decided to drive the hour down to Madison to check it out. The first part of the experience was definitely no pressure. We were given about twenty minutes of looking at various cars both inside and out, before we were approached by our Salesman Connor K. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We talked for a while, and after a test drive I wanted to see what kind of numbers they could return on a lease. Connor went and did his thing, and came back with what they could do. Now, I had driven quite far to check out vehicles, I wanted the opportunity to check out other vehicles besides the Subaru. I also wanted to double check the math on the numbers they were giving me. As I was leaving, I believe it was the Sales Manager who came over before we could make it out the door, and he really turned up the pressure. It was very unwelcome and very nearly cost the sale. I was very surprised how fast things had went from 0-100. However, after visiting a few more dealerships, I knew that I wanted the Forester. So, we returned to Connor. He was the best part of the whole car buying process, the rest left a bit to be desired. My car was delivered to be detailed (seriously, what needs to be cleaned on a brand new vehicle) before paperwork even began, and I had to wait over an hour past that for it to be delivered to me. The paperwork step was actually pretty good, and their Finance Manager had a good personality. When my car was finally delivered from its multi hour departure, it was discovered they had put my new plates on another customer's vehicle. I had to wait even longer for that person to be summoned back to the dealership to have my plates retrieved and put on my vehicle. Five hours in total at the dealership the second time, not including the previous visit for the test drive and such. In Connor's defense, he tried to do what he could to speed things up, and even paid for a little Subaru key chain from their parts department that I had picked out. His customer service is what salvaged the deal, and he is the ONLY reason I would recommend going to that dealership. More

Lindsay answered all my questions and showed me all the different models and trim lines I was interested in. There was never any pressure to buy. I determined the time was not right and asked to be contacted in a few months. Lindsay honored that request and 3 months later contact was re-established and I ended up buying a new car. Over the entire buying experience, I never felt pressured, and it was the most casual buying experience I have had in years. Once all the paper work was signed I looked at Lindsay and said 'is that it'? The response was 'yes'. My reply was 'wow that was easy'. More
