Not only was Blaine a pleasure to deal with but the entire staff at the dealership was courteous, engaging, upbeat and when we went to pick up my new car, I heard "Happy New Car Day!" (with the same genuine enthusiasm that one would wish you a happy birthday) from employees I hadn't even really interacted with in my car buying process. Their financial folks are also worth noting as this was the first time I've walked away from getting a new car and didn't feel like I had been pressured or sold on something I didn't really need, they took the time to explain everything and more than once stressed that I could call at any time if I had any questions or follow-up. At the first dealership, we spent long periods of time waiting at a table for "who knows what". We finally got out on a test drive and then returned to the table for another extended period of time. The second dealership politely told us they were about to close, and so we went back a couple days later. Took a test drive, and the salesperson never bothered to follow up with us. At Don Miller Subaru, Blaine was exceptional from the time we first dropped in. He had us on a test drive immediately. His knowledge base was helpful in our decision making process. We were back in a couple days to take a second test drive and his helpfulness was consistent. This is our first Subaru experience and the best car-buying experience we've had so far.
