2019 Crosstrek sale I arrived at Don Miller Subaru East with the intention of simply looking and seeing what I liked, not making a purchase. I had the opportunity to lo I arrived at Don Miller Subaru East with the intention of simply looking and seeing what I liked, not making a purchase. I had the opportunity to look around for a few minutes before being approached by Blaine. I knew I wanted a comparable vehicle to a Honda CR-V which had been my vehicle for the last ten years. Subaru had been on my radar for quite sometime due to their safety ratings and All Wheel Drive. I had been thinking Outback or Forester, but the first vehicle Blaine showed me was the Crosstrek. I did not know much about the Crosstrek but Blaine knew so much and was so easy to talk to and ask questions. He learned what I was looking for and asked questions to make sure he knew what would work for me. He was quick to suggest a test drive when we determined that the Crosstrek sounded like a good fit for my lifestyle, to make sure it was something I felt comfortable driving. He went over all the buttons and controls with me at my request and after the test drive, which had me pretty set on the Crosstrek, he let me know there was no pressure to buy. Knowing that I came 'just to look' he assured me he wanted to make sure I knew I was making the right decision for myself. I had been to two other dealerships and although the people I dealt with at them were nice, the winning combination of the Crosstrek and Blaine's no pressure, easygoing personality couldn't be beat. There was no reason to look further. I drove off the lot with my brand new Ice Silver Crosstrek and security in knowing how well the folks at Don Miller Subaru care about their customers. Rory was the one who did my financing and he made the process of signing a billion papers and handing over a bunch of money pretty painless. He even had me laughing. Pretty impressive for a man who wasn't even supposed to be working and had his wife and kids waiting for him at a restaurant. I'm so grateful for my experiences with Don Miller Subaru East. Buying a car can be stressful, but everyone I interacted with ensured that I was comfortable every step of the way. More

My mind was set on a red Outback but we left with a white Forester. I've driven it for two days now and just love it. I truly believe this was the best decision for us. Pete was so knowledgeable and helpful. I would strongly suggest to friends and family to see him in the future. Your finance person was really nice and very thorough. Pete answered all of our questions and was very patient with us while we test drove several different models of Subaru vehicles. We had a special request for black interiors and he searched and found one for us at their Don Miller West site. He secured that vehicle and led us through the rest of the purchase. Rory Klossner was also very helpful with the paperwork and extra warranty that we wanted. Neither Pete nor Rory pressured us to purchase more than we wanted. Best car buying experience yet! Went in on a Friday to test drive a Crosstrek, hopefully work out a deal to lease one. My wife and I loved it (it also helped that is was orange, the one color we for sure wanted). Came in the next day to go over the numbers and sign away. Blaine was super awesome as well as everyone else involved in our leasing process. Can't wait to go in there and buy another one, that's for sure. More
