no one should give so low service 10 days ago, I schedule service for today. I got price estimate and schedule: oil change - max 2 hrs. if breaks needed as you advice last time - it wi 10 days ago, I schedule service for today. I got price estimate and schedule: oil change - max 2 hrs. if breaks needed as you advice last time - it will take another 2 hrs. breaks inspection will be free... today: drop the car at 7:45. breaks inspection - "we will charge you $29". why? because... how long it will take? about 2 hrs for oil change and extra 2 hrs if breaks needed. we will call to update. I called about noon....put on hold for 7-8 min. hand up and call again......oil change done - no one even start looking on the breaks. "we will call you soon"......they did call at 1:15pm: you need front & rare breaks....great! how long it will take? "car will be ready by 3 - max 3:30".....I call at 4:20pm....."ohh - just paper work - you can come and pick it up"..... why the address on the invoice is not my address? not even in the same city? "ohh - i dont know why I type it like that" wow - $575 for service I dont want to have? and who knows, with that low customer service - what REALLY they did with the car?.... More
