The main thing is the price things cost, but yesterday my wife brought our 2015 GMC Acadia in for a scheduled oil change. When she arrived it was like she was bothering the representative, she was involved wife brought our 2015 GMC Acadia in for a scheduled oil change. When she arrived it was like she was bothering the representative, she was involved in a chat of sorts with fellow workers, and then when my wife returned, everyone was worried about eating pizza, it took forever to get a person to respond to her and then she was moved to one after another, just because of a coupon. THEN THE PERSON HAD THE AUDACITY TO COME UP TO MY WIFE WITH PIZZA IN HER HANDS AND EATING AT THE SAME TIME! THAT IS/WAS WAY PAST EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AS WELL AS UNPLEASANT OR UNCOMFORTABLE!! I truly don’t think that we will be back, and that’s sad, this was the second time something has happened different issues each time, but don’t think there’s going to be a 3ʳᵈ strike!! We will be telling others that is for sure!!! More
