Blaine Murphy spent the This dealership is customer oriented. The sales people know the cars they sell inside and out (not true at all dealerships). Blaine Murphy spent the better part of a day allowing me to test drive two hybrids while he explained and demonstrated their electronics to me. He anticipated questions I had before I could even ask them and gave me time to absorb the information w/o rushing or pressing me to make a decision. In the end I bought a car whose color and interior I did not originally want (such are the powers of a superb salesman). Jason in Finance made the painful aspect (parting with $$$) of the purchase far less so and followed up quickly with me in the aftermath to answer some questions. I will definitely recommend Don Ringler to my friends. My only criticism is they are not located closer to my residence for quicker access at maintenance time! More
